Shipping Info: All posted records will be packaged to the highest industry standard and sent by Royal Mail End to End tracked service, to best ensure their safe arrival.

Any import and / or export tax / duty will be the responsibility of the customer.

All orders will be shipped asap (max 30 days) of being placed, delivery times will vary depending on destination but the tracked service will ensure you can follow your records journey and also to make alternative delivery arrangements.
Return Policy: All posted records will be packaged to the highest industry standard and sent from the UK by Royal Mail End to End tracked service, to best ensure their safe arrival. However if your record should arrive damaged or faulty then please send us an email with clear video evidence and we will of course be happy to refund you the amount you paid for the record. Unfortunately we won't be able to replace the record without a new postage and packaging payment which can be arranged via the contact form. We do not accept returns.
